The space
A newly refurbished modern space that is found on the second floor. The property boast a brand new kitchen with all built in mod con's. There is a kitchen/ living area that has a stylish sofa bed (bedding not supplied). The living space has a Samsung 32'' smart TV that is fitted to the wall on a hinge bracket so can be watched from the table or sofa or both.
Guest access
Access to the property can be found through the archway that can be found within the photographs. The arch way is found along Estcourt Rd , Salisbury. Closest car park can be found 3min walk from the apartment and is free from 6pm - 8am. The parking can be booked and paid for via text meaning you don't need to leave the flat to ticket your vehicle. Train station is 5 mins taxi ride from the apartment. Its a 5 min walk to the edge of the town Centre where you can find many bars, restaurant's and shops. Also from the town centre the local bus station is found down three separate roads.

If you are on a motorcycle you will be able to park the vehicle off the road through the arch way.

The apartment is located 40 mins drive from Christchurch / Bournemouth beaches
